  • Are your non-competes compliant with evolving state bans? 
  • Is your handbook updated for AI, DEI, and data privacy considerations? 

Manager Readiness 

  • Have managers been trained on retaliation, accommodation, and leave? 
  • Do they know how to respond to requests and document them properly?
