Tata Steel has appointed Vipin Sharam as chief talent management. In his new role, Sharma is responsible for leading the talent acquisition, talent development, PMS, employee experience, benefits, and HR shared services teams for Tata Steel.
Sharma who has been working with Tata Steel since 2010, served the company in various roles including manager HR. In his most recent role, he worked as head of talent acquisition. He is based in Jamshedpur.

Mechanical Engineering graduate from Rajiv Gandhi Prodyogiki Vishwavidyalaya, Sharma is also an alumnus of the Management Development Institute, Gurgaon. He holds Master’s in Business Administration from MDI.
