Mahindra Logistics has appointed insider Sanjay Gawde as the Head of Human Resources and Administration. His appointment will come into effect on October 1. Currently, Gawde is serving as group talent management with Mahindra Group.
He has succeeded Edwin Lobo who has resigned from his position. He will continue to serve till September 30.
Gawde is a seasoned Human Resources professional with well-rounded experience spanning HR Strategy, Processes, Operations, and Consulting across Manufacturing, Banking, Financial Services, IT and ITeS industries.
He also has deep technical expertise in Strategy, Governance, Analytics, Total Rewards, Strategic Workforce Planning, Organization Restructuring, Leadership Development, Employee Engagement, Shared Services and Program Management.
Gawde joined Mahindra Group in 2019 from Lupin.
