Rajiv KP, HR head of Lulu Group India has announced his resignation from the Group. Rajiv KP has resigned to take up another professional opportunity.

“All good things eventually come to an end, but to grow!!! I’ve had an incredible ride, a decade at Lulu Group India, the curtain has fallen on this chapter of my career.” Rajiv said in a LinkedIn post.

Rajiv who has over 16 years of experience spanning across retail and insurance sectors, joined Lulu Group in 2014 as senior executive L&D. He commenced his journey with the flagship of Lulu Mall, Kochi. During his decade-long association, he served the organisation in various capacities including senior executive L&D, assistant manager HR, manager HR, head HR India and a decade, couldn’t have asked for more.

Before Lulu Group, he worked with Max New York Life Insurance.
