Legrand India, a global specialist in electrical and digital building infrastructure, announced the appointment of Nisha Samuel as Vice President – Human Resources.

In her new role, Nisha will lead the company’s HR strategy and initiatives, driving the Group’s commitment to building a high-performing, value-based organisational culture.

A results-driven strategic business HR leader with over 26 years of diversified experience across industries such as Services, Consumer Durables, and Specialty Chemicals, Nisha has excelled in leading diverse HR portfolios, including Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, HR Business Partnering, and HR Operational Excellence for both corporate and manufacturing functions.
