Godrej Chemicals HR Head Apeksha Jain joins Siemens Smart Infrastructure —

Siemens Smart Infrastructure has announced the appointment of Apeksha Jain as the Head of Human Resources, with immediate effect.

In her new job, Apeksha has more than 15 years of experience in food and beverages, manufacturing, and telecommunications. She most recently served Godrej Chemicals as the Head of HR since 2019, overseeing people and culture for the last five years before stepping down earlier this month.

In her previous roles, Apeksha worked with PepsiCo in various roles, including Talent Acquisition and Campus Lead, Senior HRBP, and Plant HR Head. She also worked for Vodafone India, HUL, and Virgin Mobile at the beginning of her career. Her core competencies include cultural transformation, talent strategy, organizational design, strategic thinking, strategic human resources leadership, workforce planning, compensation and benefits, and social influence.

On the academic front, Apeksha holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Computer Science from Rajiv Gandhi Prodyogiki Vishwavidyalaya, an MBA degree in Human Resources from ICFAI Business School, an I LEAP program in general management from IIM Ahmedabad, and a young leaders program in Strategic HR leadership and general management from XLRI Jamshedpur.
