Gera Developments welcomes Vishal Nagda as CHRO —

Real estate company Gera Developments has recently onboarded Vishal Nagda as CHRO. In this role, Vishal is responsible for shaping the organization’s people strategy, driving employee engagement, and nurturing talent development initiatives.

He also ensures that people remain at the heart of everything the company does while fostering an environment where everyone can thrive and contribute to our collective success. 

“I’m happy to share that I’m starting a new position as Chief People Officer at Gera Developments!,” Vishal posted on Linkedin.

With more than two decades of industry experience, Vishal previously worked with Global Insurance Brokers, Infosys BPM, QualityKiosk Technologies, Wipro, Ozone Group, and Lodha Group are prominent organisations where he worked previously.
