Former Flipkart CHRO Krishna Raghavan joins The/Nudge Institute as CHRO —

Former Flipkart CHRO Krishna Raghavan joins The/Nudge Institute as CHRO —

The/Nudge Institute, a Bengaluru-based non-profit organisation, appointed Krishna Raghavan as the new CHRO.

“We are delighted to welcome Krishna Raghavan on board as our Chief People Officer,” reads a post on LinkedIn.

Krishna comes with strong experience in heading people functions at Flipkart and briefly also Navi.

“As the Chief People Officer at The/Nudge Institute, my focus will be to craft and implement a people and culture strategy that enables every Nudgester to live the Nudge Spirit in the pursuit of our mission,” said Krishna in a LinkedIn post.

Krishna Raghavan who served Flipkart as chief people officer since March 2020 stepped down from his role in October 2023. 

He is an innovative and inspiring leader with over a decade of experience working in product companies across the US and India. He has experience with e-commerce apps, SaaS delivery model, engineering leadership and management, product startups, enterprise solutions/integrations and running 24/7 high-availability product operations.
