DHL eCommerce (Blue Dart) has appointed Prapti Mutha Nahar as its new talent and organisation development head.
A seasoned HR Professional with experience in varied industries, Prapti has joined DHL eCommerce from Amdocs where she last worked as an HR business leader (global). Her experience spans the spectrum of HR roles like Performance & Talent Management, Organization Development, Employee Engagement, and Learning & Development to drive Organizational – Analysis, Behaviour, Culture, Change, Development & Effectiveness.
