Curefit Healthcare (cult.fit) has appointed Nimesh Mathur as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO). In this role, Mathur will oversee all aspects of human resources, including talent acquisition, capability development, performance management, and fostering a progressive organisational culture.

With nearly two decades of diverse, cross-functional experience spanning various industries, Mathur brings a wealth of expertise to Cultfit. He most recently founded and led his own HR consulting firm. Before that, he served as the Head of People & Culture at Jio Haptik. Earlier in his career, he held leadership positions in customer success and revenue teams at high-growth unicorn startups such as Branc Metrics, Pluralsight, and HackerRank.

“At Cultfit, where fitness and an active lifestyle are at the core, my focus will be on further strengthening our people-centric frameworks that drive performance, foster innovation, and support employee well-being. Joining the company at such an exciting growth phase gives me the unique opportunity to develop a talent strategy that aligns with the company’s rapid expansion,” said Mathur.

He strongly believes that the key to attracting and retaining top talent lies in fostering an inclusive and purpose-driven workplace where employees feel connected to the organisation’s mission and values.

Today’s workforce seeks meaningful alignment between their values and their professional roles. “As leaders, it’s our responsibility to cultivate an environment where individuals feel genuinely appreciated, engaged, and empowered to thrive throughout their career journey.”

Curefit Healthcare Pvt Ltd, founded in 2016, is India’s largest fitness company and wellness platform. Cult, from the house of Curefit, was established with a mission to make fitness easy, fun, and accessible to everyone and has emerged as a community celebrating the joy of fitness. The brand today offers a range of fitness services ranging from group workouts, gyms, and personalised fitness solutions, as well as an expansive selection of quality fitness products for the everyday athlete.
