American Express has opened a new office campus in Gurugram. The expansive facility, covering nearly one million square feet, is situated in sector 74A and will start welcoming employees in phases from the end of May.

The new office space is equipped with features like ergonomic workstations, collaboration spaces, recreational areas, and comprehensive onsite healthcare facilities. Employees will also have a range of amenities such as a cafeteria with live kitchen services, fitness centers, sports courts, and more, all aimed at fostering a sense of community and collaboration.

Additionally, the campus incorporates numerous sustainable technologies such as LED lighting, smart building systems, electric vehicle charging stations, and solar thermal power, further underscoring American Express’s commitment to environmental sustainability.

Sanjay Khanna, CEO and Country Manager for American Express in India, emphasised the strategic intent behind the new campus. “This initiative is a testament to our efforts to blend global expertise with local talent, creating a hub for innovation and exceptional service delivery worldwide,” Khanna said.

The campus boasts modern design and technology advancements and has earned a LEED Gold certification for its environmental sustainability efforts. Gagandeep Singh, Senior Vice President of Global Real Estate & Workplace Experience at American Express, noted that the facility mirrors the company’s brand ethos and dedication to providing a dynamic workplace.
