In the race to digitize business processes in the hybrid work era, HR management must enable flexible working arrangements by deploying tools such as mobile apps for communication and engagement to enhance productivity for remote employees. In reality, most organizations resort to supervision to ensure employees are productive; however, this may not be as productive as people want to believe; a study discovered that about 74 percent of the U.S. workforce believes enhancing flexibility in location is crucial to output. 

The hybrid nature of work has come to stay; HR Management must enable secure access to company resources, facilitate collaboration, and foster a culture of data security and privacy, all of which will contribute to the success of a flexible workforce in a hybrid work model. Human Resources Management can deploy free VPNs to improve productivity by providing employees with secure and remote access to company resources. 

By integrating a free VPN, HR departments can ensure that employees working outside the physical workplace have a secure connection to the company’s internal systems, databases, and communication platforms.
