SolarEdge Technologies has appointed Ratika G as the new director of HR, effective February. With over 23 years of experience in strategic HR, Ratika has joined SolarEdge from Sapiens India where she worked for more than seven years.

“I am moving on to new horizons with heavy heart and the memoirs of an incredible journey with #sapiens India of 7.5 years, seems it was yesterday, I joined. Every day was a new day and new history created together with incredible people, thank you Sapiens for shaping me as who I am today. The seeds of culture, collaboration and accomplishment, we planted together will continue to flourish despite me being not part of you, my dear #sapiens #people . My well wishes are for the success and prosperity of Sapiens and gratitude to Sapiens #IndiaHR team and Sapiens India Alumni,” Ratika posted on Linkedin. 

Ascendum, Novozymes, and OpSource are other organisations where she worked previously. Experience with various companies allowed her to learn of entire Gamut of People’s behaviour and aspirations.
