LTIMindtree, a leading IT company in India, has announced the appointment of Chetana Patnaik as the Chief Human Resources Officer (designate), to be effective from April 1, 2024.
In her new role, Chetana takes over responsibilities from CHRO Manoj Shikarkhane, who is moving into another role within the company. Chetana brings more than 28 years of experience to her new role. She has been serving Larsen & Toubro for over 11 years, and most recently held the position of Head of HR. In her other roles, Chetana worked with GVK Group as the Group Head Talent Management, Reliance Infrastructure as the Head Talent Management for Corporate HR, Gati Ltd as the Head of HR for West zone, and Ramee Group of Companies as the Assistant HR Manager.
On the academic front, Chetana holds an MBA degree from Berhampur University, and has completed PGP in executive and leadership coaching from CFI Graduate School of Coaching, Certificate Programme in Impactful Leadership from SP Jain School of Global Management – Dubai, Mumbai, Singapore & Sydney, and Global Leadership Development Programme from University of Michigan. Her core competencies include, performance management, talent acquisition, employer branding, culture, engagement, and employee relations.
