Key Media announced the winners of its Global Best in HR awards today, the culmination of rigorous research to find top-performing HR teams and organizations in several professional categories.

Over the last 12 months Key Media’s intelligence team of over 30 professionals has been researching and canvassing HR industry players to find out who they think is worthy of recognition. The result was 172 Special Reports that were published globally in 2023. The Global Best in HR list recognizes the organizations and teams that topped those reports, representing a combined 843 individuals in the HR industry.

Ashley Sardjoe, global people and organization leader of Global Best in HR winner Novartis, said the award marks a “remarkable year” for the organization.
