Greg Amorose’s career began at Qualigence International, where he significantly contributed to the company’s growth by leading the Research Department. His journey then took him to Oracle Corporation, where he played a pivotal role in establishing a research function within the Talent Advisory Organization, greatly benefiting Oracle’s North America Sales and Marketing recruiting efforts.

In his career, Greg has demonstrated versatility and leadership in various roles, transitioning from research to recruitment, where he contributed to several Oracle business units, including Enterprise Apps, Hospitality Global Business Unit, and Construction & Engineering Global Business Unit. His brief tenure at Chewy as a Sr. Technical Sourcer and subsequent return to Oracle as the Lead Recruiter for the North America Cloud Engineering organization further underscored his diverse skill set.

As Director of Business Development at Qualigence International, Greg Amorose will focus on expanding the company’s reach in critical sectors such as Hospitality, the Tech Sector, and Energy/Utilities. His deep understanding of these industries and his strategic vision position him to drive substantial growth and innovation.
