This week at Workday Rising we’re announcing our new partnership with Workday. As one of the selected Workday Innovation Partners, we are developing a deep integration between Galileo and Workday.

Galileo, as many of you know, is “Your Essential AI Assistant for Everything HR.” Filled with 25+ years of research, benchmarks, case studies, and vendor information, Galileo helps HR professionals, consultants, and managers learn and understand how to solve a wide range of problems in all areas of human resources.Galileo, as many of you know, is ”

Today more than 5,000 HR professionals and consultants use Galileo for a wide variety of daily HR projects, including developing recruitment strategies, authoring behavioral interviews, selecting vendors and creating RFPs, writing implementation guides, and learning about the 94+ HR capabilities in our Global HR Capability Model.

Coupled with Workday, Galileo becomes a one-stop solution for questions, problem-solving, and learning for Workday users, administrators, and HR teams.

Our initial plans include a “one-button” integration of Galileo with Workday, enabling any Workday user to access Galileo easily, bringing their Workday profile, job title, and other information into Galileo. This integration makes Galileo instantly smart about who you are, your role, and what kind of problems and information you need.

Later we plan to build Workday transactional integration which would let a user ask Galileo a question like “show me my organization structure” or “give me an analysis of the compensation history of my team,” which Galileo would analyze and compare to benchmarks. This includes giving Galileo access to other Workday-stored data. We see hundreds of use-cases for Galileo to operate as an “intelligent agent,” helping employees and Workday users gain even further value out of their Workday investments.

This week, at Workday Rising, we demonstrated Galileo in a scenario that shows how an HR professional can identify the skills of new job roles, identify local employment practices, and develop a sourcing, behavioral interviewing, and compensation strategy for a team of chemical engineers. This is only one of thousands of ways Galileo can help you do your job faster and better.

We have exciting plans for the integration of Workday and Galileo. If you would like to purchase or see a demo of Galileo, please contact our member advisory team.

If you are a Workday customer and would like to join us on this journey, please let us know. We are now assembling a series of early customers to help us prioritize features, and integration scenarios.
