Exciting news regarding LiveHire ownership structure

A short time ago, Humanforce Holdings (an HR technology company owned by A-KKR) lodged a binding takeover offer to acquire 100% of LiveHire.

Since 2016, LiveHire has been a publicly listed company (ASX: LVH). As shareholders accept the offer from Humanforce Holdings, the opportunity for LiveHire and our customers is an increased investment for product development and expansion.

The Humanforce product portfolio complements the LiveHire Talent Acquisition capability, which ensures a positive outcome for clients and partners.

About Humanforce
Humanforce has been building its business for 22 years and serves more than 2000 clients in Australia, New Zealand, the UK, and North America. On their journey to expand beyond their HCM technology (human capital management system for payroll, compliance and rostering), LiveHire is the natural next step for recruitment and total talent.

LiveHire and Humanforce share the vision and strategy alignment around total talent and direct sourcing for contingent work. Humanforce has been active in North America (NA) through its customer base for many years, recently hired numerous staff in North America and is accelerating in the market.

Further, Humanforce has a significant depth and experience working with contingent labor – spanning both frontline and flexible workforces – including work with staffing agencies and managed service providers. They are excited to connect with our customers and partners at the right time.

LiveHire is delighted to progress the process to be fully acquired by Humanforce. They will provide deep financial backing and stability, ensuring the longevity of our product development cycles and market expansion efforts – all this is a benefit to our partners and our clients.

There will be no changes to partner or client experience with us. The Humanforce and LiveHire technologies are extremely complementary and if/when the acquisition completes we simply will have more financial backing and private investment to continue innovating for all of our clients.

Does ownership by Humanforce ensure that you remain objective in the direct sourcing space?
Yes, LiveHire retains its continued focus on pioneering the direct sourcing movement in North America and globally, as part of the Humanforce family of technology brands, also supported by Accel-KKR, a world-leading private equity firm with deep experience in technology investments.

What does this mean for service to North American clients?
Our reputation for world-leading service to clients is bolstered even further as LiveHire joins the family of Humanforce brands. Humanforce shares the same deep commitment to client impact and candidate experience and supports all our work and staff dedicated to driving business outcomes for our clients in all markets.

Will the product roadmap be impacted in any way that compromises the Direct Sourcing strategy?
The product roadmap has investment upside opportunities to expand even further and leverage the strength of Humanforce’s depth of experience and technology resources.

How does North America and Direct Sourcing fit into the vision that Humanforce has?
Humanforce has long-standing experience with the extended workforce, primarily front-line workers. This is a critical part of the Direct Sourcing landscape for many companies who engage with the full potential of Direct Sourcing to improve the speed and quality of all candidate placements across their contingent workforce, on their path to total talent.

Future product development
At this stage, Humanforce does not own LiveHire but if/when the acquisition is finalized the LiveHire platform will only be enhanced with the combined strength of Humanforce.

Our products need to evolve continuously to stay relevant to market needs and expectations. If/when the acquisition occurs, the additional Humanforce backing will allow us to remain at the forefront of technology and better serve our clients’ changing needs.

Summary
If/when the acquisition is complete, we are confident it will unlock new and exciting opportunities for our customers. In the meantime, we will continue to update the LiveHire website with news of the acquisition as it evolves. If you have any questions please click here to contact us.
