Sean Raible

Sean Raible (he/him) has 23 years of Total Rewards (compensation and benefits), DEI, broader HR, and operations experience working in several industries – both public and private sector – including retail, aviation, financial services, consumer products, biotech, municipal, construction, industrial, telecom, resources, and transportation. His global experience spans 30+ countries in Europe, Asia, the Americas, and Australia. He also truly understands what drives a business and the art of negotiations, drawing from his vendor management experience as a buyer for a national retailer and manager of an $80M+ category.

Sean is an advocate for reducing stigma around mental health by speaking and providing global workplace training and consulting that is anchored in both lived experience and the leading benefits/wellbeing/mental health programs in-house at various organizations. In addition, he has built and led global HR shared services functions and has extensive experience with the top HR/payroll technology solutions: Workday, Success Factors, SAP HCM, PeopleSoft, Ultimate, JDE, Kronos, and ADP.

Sean is based in Vancouver, B.C. Canada; the city of Vancouver is located within the shared, unceded, ancestral territories of the xʷməθkʷəy̓əm (Musqueam), Sḵwx̱wú7mesh (Squamish), and səlilwətaɬ (Tsleil-Waututh) Nations.) When not working with clients, he stays active hitting the trails with his Jack Russell Terrier (Enzo)!
