HR Executive and the HR Tech conference have named Immersive Job Previews by Paradox as one of the year’s Top HR Products. Selected alongside 11 other solutions, this tool was awarded for its innovative approach at the intersection of human resources and technology.

What it is

Immersive Job Previews (IJP) by Paradox help candidates clearly understand the expectations and responsibilities of jobs before they apply, improving transparency and reducing early turnover. Many companies don’t have the resources to create accurate videos for high-turnover jobs. Paradox’s IJP changes that, with an AI Video Studio that generates scripts and storyboards in minutes to produce high-quality, realistic job videos delivered by Paradox’s AI assistant. The IJP also gives candidates more insight with Immersive Q&A, a chance to “talk to the job” via AI video simulation based on employee experiences and job responsibilities.

Why we liked it

Immersive Job Previews by Paradox takes an approach to candidate engagement that genuinely excited us because it addresses a fundamental human need in the hiring process—the desire for an authentic conversation about the role. Rather than creating a generic chatbot or avatar, they’ve built an AI that facilitates meaningful interactions where candidates can ask the questions that matter most to them. What sets this apart is the integration of SME insights into the system, creating a rich, contextual experience that feels genuine. We were particularly impressed by how this technology tackles the “flood of applications” problem by improving hiring quality through better candidate self-selection. The scalable framework built on recruiting knowledge means organizations can provide personalized job previews without overwhelming their HR teams, creating a win-win for both candidates and employers.
