Artificial intelligence (AI)’s impact on human resources should be one of the priorities for HR teams this year, according to one expert.

“I say that not because of how that will impact the profession of HR with respect to their jobs. Yes, there’ll be some effect. But more importantly, what will it mean to them with respect to the changes and disruption that it will cause?” says Tony Ariganello, CEO of CPHR BC & Yukon, CEO of CPHR Canada, president of World Federation of People in talking with Sarah Dobson, managing editor at Key Media.

Currently, it is still not known what jobs AI will disrupt, he says.
