This year, Queen’s University IRC was recognized for several categories as part of the Canadian HR Reporter’s Readers’ Choice Awards for 2024 thanks to a number of initiatives that are already in place or are upcoming.
“Honestly, it means the world to us,” says Alison Darling, director of professional programs, Queen’s University IRC, in talking with Sarah Dobson, managing editor at Key Media, about the recognition.
Last year, the university won the award for their work on labour relations. This year, they earned awards for their efforts in the areas of labour relations, HR certificate programs, executive development, and professional development.
