Unified Brainz is resolute in presenting and celebrating the exemplary careers of some of the most stalwart personalities whose fortitude, assiduousness and willpower have made them claim the highest level of glory. This year again, we are proud to present one more limited edition of the unique dark mode Coffee Table Book, “Who’s Who of The Industry”, which is marked in the World Book of Records, London, where we have handpicked the success stories of individuals who have made an inedible mark in their respective industries and emerged as victorious leaders.

As a young girl, Babita Spinelli’s grandparents hosted “The Breakfast Club,” where authors, singers, corporate executives, shop owners and artists brought their unique life experiences and perspectives to the table.  This experience instilled in her a deep interest in peoples’ stories, an ability to look at life from a variety of perspectives, and a passion for engaged listening.

She went on to earn a degree in law, where these skills built her professional success. Babita continued to be fascinated with human relationships and behaviors while practicing law, and as an executive at a Big 4 firm and on Wall Street. Ultimately, she decided her true calling was to become a Psychotherapist and Executive Coach.

“The passion that drives me is helping people who are where I once was in my life. When I felt stuck personally and professionally, navigating divorce, loss, parenting, career frustrations, and change. I met, addressed and moved forward from each passing situation. I dove into therapy, coaching, and my own research and tools to be where I am today: fulfilled, happy and successful in my own version of what those terms mean, and in helping others find that same happiness.”

Babita has now emerged as a globally renowned Psychotherapist, Relationship Expert,  Executive Coach, Mental Health Consultant, and Keynote Speaker.

Based in the US, she is the CEO and Founder of Opening the Doors Psychotherapy, her personal practice where she uses traditional and modern psychotherapy techniques, and the Babita Spinelli Group, her consulting and coaching organization. At both firms, her clients include C-suite executives for Fortune 100 companies and A-list celebrities. Her corporate experience, combined with her extensive training and credentials as a psychoanalyst and executive coach, make her sought after by leaders across the globe.

Babita’s corporate background and first-hand life experiences add to her innate ability to connect and empathize with clients who are facing similar challenges in their life. Her mental energy helps her physical energy and that, coupled with tools such as resilience, empowerment, and understanding patterns, helps her stand out in the crowd.

“I found my passion in my work with hundreds of clients. I realized something huge – it’s not just one thing that delivers. I have found that listening to my clients, and taking a thoughtful, tailored approach to address their struggles or challenges is the best way to deliver results. My clients feel safe, deeply understood, energized, empowered and experience the results they desire.”

Having emerged as an internationally sought after Speaker and Thought Leader, Babita has been honoured at the highest echelons. She’s been recognized among the Top 14 Game Changing Influencers Transforming the World in 2022 and the Top 12 Most Inspirational Women to Look Out for in 2022 by the New York Weekly Times. She has also been awarded The Health 2.0 Outstanding Leadership Award in 2022, the Prestige Awards Psychotherapist of the Year both 2023 and 2022, the 2019 New York Psychotherapist Award issued by the New York Award Program, and the Bronze Impact Award issued by SmithKline Beecham. She’s spoken at The United Nations, SXSW, and the American Bar Association, and has been featured in over fifty media outlets, including NBC, ABC,  Forbes, Bloomberg, Washington Post, Men’s Health, Oprah Magazine, and the Huffington Post.

“My mantra for growth, development and success is the acronym, EMBRACE. EMPOWER yourself knowing that you have the knowledge, skills, and confidence to take control of your life and achieve goals. Make your life MEANINGFUL by finding purpose and value in your experiences. Be BOLD and step outside of your comfort zone. Cultivate RESILIENCE so you can bounce back from difficult situations. Always be AUTHENTIC by being true to yourself. Remember to be COMPASSIONATE – show kindness and empathy towards others. And have positive and proactive ENERGY.” To know more about Babita, check https://whoswho.world/ or to nominate email, [email protected].
