Neo Asset Management has appointed Neeraj Sanghi, former CEO of KKR’s Roads Platform, as Managing Director and Operating Partner. Sanghi will lead Infrastructure Operations and the development of Neo’s Infrastructure Platforms.

Sanghi, who led Highway Concessions One (HC1) from 2016 to 2024, transformed it into one of India’s largest road platforms. He also founded and presided over the Highway Operators Association (India) for five years. His extensive background includes roles at Essar and Total India, managing major projects like LNG terminals and the LPG Cavern Project in Visakhapatnam.

With over four decades in development, finance, project management, and operations, Sanghi holds a Degree in Electrical Engineering, an MBA, and a Master’s in Sustainable Development.
