The CIPD’s Festival of Work switched to a virtual conference for 2020 in light of the coronavirus pandemic.

Highlights included keynote speakers such as Caroline Criado-Perez, Hannah Fry, John Amaechi and professor Simon Anholt.

Of course, coronavirus was front and centre of the conference, with many talks looking at how organisations can move forward and the lessons learned.

But D&I, agile working and talent management were also key pillars, making for an insightful and enjoyable three days.

If you didn’t manage to attend the conference, we’ve compiled all of our coverage in one place, starting with out daily roundups:

    Roundup from day one
