CN, CPKC workers locked out

Canadian National Railway (CN) and Canadian Pacific Kansas City (CPKC) have officially locked out employees represented by the Teamsters Canada Rail Conference (TCRC).

The lockout started at 00:01 ET and 00:01 MT.
